About B&D Reside

Introduction

B&D Reside is embarking on a significant change programme to improve services delivered to its residents. This is centred around a new operating model where – for the first time – Reside will deliver services itself rather than through contractual arrangements with the council. These changes are designed to enable us to deliver the best possible resident experience.

To support the transition and to deliver a programme of transformation of services to Reside residents, we are recruiting a new neighbourhood management team to lead on the delivery of a mixed tenure housing and tenancy management service that aspires to be sector leaders in what we do.

This is an exciting time to join Reside’s new Neighbourhood Management Team where you will be able be involved and help to shape and deliver the new services to our residents.

About Us

B&D Reside are a local landlord providing high-quality homes and housing services to local people in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. We are committed to working in partnership with our tenants and leaseholders to ensure that their tenancies and our communities are safe and sustainable.

We work closely with the council’s development company, Be First, building new homes across the borough providing different types of homes across a range of different tenures.

As well as improving the management of the current portfolio, Reside will be taking over 1,000 new homes under management in the next year totalling up to 3500 by the end of 2025.

We are ambitious in what we want to achieve and we’re building a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive. Join us and be part of our journey to redefine excellence.
